Nestled in the hillside, above the River Derwent, the small Derbyshire village of Holloway is the inspirational setting for the Little London Gallery. Enjoying breath-taking views over the surrounding countryside, this small family-run gallery offers an intimate and friendly environment in which to show-case the diverse and imaginative work of local Derbyshire artists.

In addition to the continuing rich variety of mixed displays, the Gallery holds four or five one-person exhibitions and other special events throughout the year. It has become one of the leading venues in Derbyshire for displaying contemporary fine art - exhibiting an eclectic mix of original oils, watercolours and other exciting mediums, along with limited edition prints.

Light, air, dust, dampness or just the ravages of time can result in worn or damaged pictures. At Little London Gallery, a dedicated and sympathetic restoration service is available whereby watercolours, oils, old maps and prints are lovingly revived and returned to their former glory.

We also offer a specialist picture framing service. Mixing traditional framing methods and modern technology, we are able to produce beautiful frames which are works of art in their own right.

A comprehensive selection of materials is available, including a stock of mouldings which are hand-finished in the workshop.

Glazed pictures are sealed against buys and dust, and conservation glass and mount board can be used where appropriate. And with framing to museum standard if required, we offer a bespoke service, combining the best choice of materials with a price to suit all budgets.
